Here you can withdraw an online purchase at HuurVragen. This is possible as long as the statutory fourteen-day cooling-off period runs. You immediately receive a confirmation with date and time. You can also withdraw by email via info@huurvragen.nl.

You can withdraw an online purchase without giving a reason, as long as the cooling-off period runs. You only need your order number (in your confirmation email) and your email address. No account is needed.

Note: if you expressly consented to immediate delivery and started the digital content yourself, the right of withdrawal can lapse for that purchase.

What happens next?

Have you not downloaded your documents yet? Then we refund the full amount.
Did you already download your documents? Then the right of withdrawal has lapsed for that purchase, because you consented in advance to immediate delivery. We assess your request and inform you about the outcome.
A refund is made via the same payment method as your purchase.

When exactly does the right of withdrawal lapse?

For digital documents, the right of withdrawal only lapses when two conditions are met. First, you expressly consent at checkout to immediate delivery. Second, delivery must actually have started: that happens the moment you first download your PDF or ZIP. Ticking the box at purchase alone is therefore not enough.

We automatically record that download moment with your order. That way you can always ask us for the date, and we know without discussion whether you can still withdraw.
